Bach Flower Remedies

What they are and how they can help you

Bach Flower Remedies are a natural way to help restore your emotional balance when you are struggling to cope with life’s problems. The Remedies are used throughout the world by ordinary people, complementary health practitioners, psychotherapists, counsellors, dentists, and healers. Although Bach Remedies do not directly affect physical illness, they help us cope with emotional factors like anxiety, low mood and trauma which may slow down physical healing. They can also be used as preventatives at times of stress and anxiety, and are especially helpful for people who feel generally tired and unwell with no specific medical diagnosis.
